Action Taken

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your name, address, and email address.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant.
